These terms govern your use of Zesply during its closed beta. Using the service means you accept them.
Who provides the service
Flowbity sp. z o.o., registered office at os. Scope
You are using closed-beta software at the operator's invitation. The service is provided as-is, free of charge for the duration of the beta, for evaluation and feedback.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has them. You are responsible for the content you upload and you must hold the rights to it. We may suspend an account used to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or disrupt the service for others.
No warranty
Beta data may be reset, lost, or migrated between environments. Do not rely on Zesply as the only record of production work-tracking before the public launch. Availability is best-effort and we give no SLA during the beta.
Changes
Features, pricing and these terms may change during the beta. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them.
Complaints
Send complaints to admin@flowbity.com. We reply within 14 days of receiving them.
Governing law
Polish law applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
