Zesply is in closed beta. A full privacy policy is being prepared. Until then, this page summarises what we currently collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account: email address, display name, password hash, 2FA secret if enabled. Workspace data: projects, tasks, comments, files you upload, time entries, estimates, and anything else you create in the app.

Who we share it with

Hosting: Netcup (Germany). Error tracking: Sentry. Transactional email: Resend. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the contact below. Closed-beta data may be reset before public launch — we will warn you in advance.
