Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-30

Zesply is project-management software operated during a closed beta. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else touches it, and what you can demand from us.

Who controls your data

The controller of personal data processed in Zesply is Flowbity sp. z o.o., registered office at os. Jana III Sobieskiego 40/2N, 60-688 Poznań, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the Sąd Rejonowy Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda w Poznaniu, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego under KRS 0001225616; NIP 9721376119, REGON 544047871, share capital 5 000,00 zł. For anything concerning your personal data, write to admin@flowbity.com.

What we collect

Account: email address, display name, password hash, and a 2FA secret if you enable it. Workspace data: projects, tasks, comments, files you upload, time entries, estimates, and anything else you create in the app. Technical: IP address, browser and device details, and timestamps recorded in security and error logs.

Why we may process it

Account and workspace data: to provide the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security logs, error reports and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not process your data for advertising, and we take no automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.

Who processes it for us

Hosting: netcup GmbH, Germany. Error monitoring: Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States). Transactional email: Resend (United States), used only while email delivery is switched on. Each acts solely on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data and we share it with no one else.

Transfers outside the EEA

Your workspace content is stored in Germany. Error reports, and transactional email while it is enabled, may be transferred to the United States, because Sentry and Resend are established there. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data: for as long as the account exists, then erased within 30 days of the account being closed. Security and error logs: 90 days. Closed-beta data may be reset before the public launch — we will warn you in advance.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to admin@flowbity.com; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Cookies

We set only cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking — which is why you are not asked for cookie consent.
